Theresa focuses on commercial litigation, but has addressed matters in various other types of matters as well, including mediation and pre-lawsuit negotiations. She has handled cases involving issues such as breach of contract, partnership conflicts, and alleged fraud. She has litigated matters involving employees, employers, small businesses and large business entities.
Before joining Veritas, she gained extensive civil litigation experience while representing clients in a wide range of cases, including civil rights, personal injury, breach of contract, Title IX, and domestic relations matters.
Theresa earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2017 and holds a B.A. from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
