Latoya Bethune is an associate in the firm’s commercial real estate and corporate practice groups. She advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including entity formations and dissolutions, commercial leasing, business acquisitions, sales, restructuring, and general corporate and real estate matters.
Prior to joining Veritas, Latoya represented entrepreneurs and emerging companies in the New York market, guiding them through startup formation and venture financings.
Latoya earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. from Hunter College CUNY.
