Lindsey zealously and efficiently represents a variety of large and small clients in commercial disputes and litigation. Her practice has included commercial landlord and tenant matters, breach of contract claims, employment discrimination claims, administrative agency disputes, consumer protection claims, and wage and hour disputes. Lindsey represents and advises clients at all stages of commercial disputes, including through negotiations, mediation, and arbitration, as well as in litigation.
Prior to joining Veritas, Lindsey was the Judicial Law Clerk for the District of Columbia Superior Court, Landlord and Tenant Branch, where she analyzed pleadings and advised judges on both residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant cases. Before her clerkship, Lindsey’s practice encompassed residential landlord and tenant issues, employment disputes, and defending corporations and individuals before the Office of Foreign Asset Control and the Department of Justice. Lindsey began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, gaining
invaluable trial practice.
Lindsey graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and is a 2019 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
