Russell represents clients in business litigation related to commercial landlord and tenant law, breach of contract, and employment disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Russell represented corporate and individual clients in professional liability, construction contract, employment, and zoning matters. He also practiced as an associate county attorney in the areas of legislation, administrative law, and civil defense litigation.
Russell earned his law degree from Georgetown Law Center and received a B.S. from Longwood University. Following law school, he clerked for the Appellate Court of Maryland.
He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
